Features and facts:

White, sleeveless tunic with pink-and-white trim at the neck and shoulders, a teal-and-white-striped cupcake holder with bubble gum-pink, ruffled chiffon "icing" and a hot pink-satin rosette "cherry" with a green stem, and layers of gathered pink tulle around the hem, along with teal-and-white-striped bloomers with pink tulle trim.

Tunic and printed bloomer are cotton interlock with tulle and ruffled chiffon detail.
